The Headmaster is a minor character featured in the Apple TV+ show, Ted Lasso and the headmaster/school principal of Richmond Primary School. His real name is never revealed in the show.
He is Phoebe's school principal who opens a school assembly because he never thought that school's football team would win the league championship. To celebrate, he arranged for AFC Richmond head coach, Ted Lasso, and team captain, Roy Kent, to appear at the school to work with the pupils in football related activities. He chided a student named Jacob when the boy called Ted a 'wanker' during the assembly, but Ted says it's okay.
Trent Crimm is doing a profile on Ted, so he sits amongst the young students which doesn't bother The Headmaster. The Headmaster watches Roy curses but he seems happy enough to have the legendary footballer in his school. He also watches Roy train the children with the football and doesn't say anything when Phoebe kicks a ball into Ted's nose and making him bleed,
The Headmaster watches Ted. and his bloody nose, signs some footballs and thanked him for coming while saying, "That's the longest anyone's ever stayed for something like this."
