Karaoke was, according to a script that Keeley had to read for a Liverpool hotel's in-room TV service, "a great Asian pastime". When AFC Richmond surprised themselves with a victory at Goodison Park, Roy suggested the whole club go out for a spot of karaoke, apparently because Keeley's pre-taped spot had played incessantly in their hotel rooms.
One at the bar which featured the service, several players indulged their unremarkable voices. Sam, in particular, was heard to badly sing "Wonderwall" by Oasis.
Coach Beard, for his part, was heard attempting to sing, "Bad Romance", by Lady Gaga.
Rebecca later sung, with surprising tunefulness, "Let It Go". She meant it as a celebration of a special relationship she had with her goddaughter Nora, as well as Sassy, surrounding the movie, Frozen. Ted, however, was triggered by the song, since he was, at the time, having to "let go" of his marriage by signing the final divorce documents.
