At the 10th Annual Benefit for Underprivileged Children, Roy told the auction-goers that the date they were bidding on would not include leaving SW14.
In doing so he was indicating that they would not go further then the limits of the that particular postal service area.

Though not remarked upon directly in the episode, this is a joke that shows how locally-focussed Roy is. SW14 is not even the entirety of Richmond upon Thames, but just one of the postal districts of that part of London.
