Ted Lasso Wiki

This Morning is a real British daytime magazine programme that is broadcast on ITV1 featured in the Apple TV+ show, Ted Lasso, and hosted by Holly Willoughby and Philip Schofield. The programme features a variety of news, showbiz, fashion, beauty, lifestyle, home and garden, food, tech, live phone ins, competitions, and more.

The pair of Holly and Phillip usually sits on a huge sofa along with their guests, and they asks light questions about the celebrity lives. In the show, Holly and Phillip interviewed Jamie Tartt shortly after his elimination from the reality show, Lust Conquers All.

Jamie left Manchester City F.C. right at the start of the new season to pursue a reality TV career, including an appearance on Lust Conquers All; a popular competitive romance reality show. They watch the clip from the show and he is asked by the hosts whether he would keep his promise to Amy, his partner in the show especially after the elimination, which he lightly says no because he only hooked up with her as a strategy. Holly seems appalled hearing that but doesn't say anything.

Jamie expresses his desire to start taking chances and living life the fullest when he heard that George Harrison passed away, that is why he left the club and joined the show. Holly tells him that George Harrison died twenty years ago, but Jamie just found out recently. The pair realizes that Jamie is dumb and they share a look together.

Phillip asks him whether he'd return to Man City, and Jamie thinks that Pep Guardiola will take him back. Both presenters show him a video clip of Vinai Ahuja interview, telling Lloyd the reporter, that Jamie will not coming back to the club especially after what he did to Amy. The Man City director then wishes him luck.

The news stunned Jamie but both Holly and Phillip immediately thanked him for being in the show and segue to another news about whether scientists have discovered low-fat custards that doesn't make people sad.

Jamie is seen outside exiting Studio 3 of the newly renovated Television Centre run by BBC Studioworks and signing photographs and taking selfies with his fans.
