Wolverhampton Wanderers F.C. is a professional football club who compete in the Premier League, the highest level of English football. The club featured in the Apple TV+ series, Ted Lasso. AFC Richmond beat them as part of their winning streak upon signing Zava from Juventus. Ted had difficulty working out what to call the team, with him devising variations including “Wolves Wanderers” and had to be corrected by Roy to just call the team “Wolves”.
